What are noon's product image requirements?

JPEG or JPG files at least 660 pixels wide, with a width at least half the height, 72 PPI or more, no larger than 10 MB, in RGB or sRGB. The primary image is a front view of the whole product out of its packaging, covering at least 70 to 80 percent of the frame, on pure white for most categories and light gray for fashion. Logos, watermarks, borders, price text and accessories that are not included are rejected.

Does noon require a white background for fashion?

No. noon asks for a pure white background in every category except fashion, where it recommends light gray. It is worded as a recommendation, not a requirement. noon also recommends adult apparel be shown on models rather than flat lays or hangers, except swimwear and underwear.

What size should product images be for noon?

At least 660 pixels wide, with a width to height ratio of at least 0.5, so a 660 pixel wide image can be up to 1,320 pixels tall. The file must be under 10 MB. noon does not publish a recommended larger size or a fixed aspect ratio for product images.

How many images can I upload to a noon listing?

One image is enough for a SKU to go live, noon recommends at least three, and the single SKU form accepts up to nine. Some categories set a higher floor: laptops and monitors need at least four, and kitchen and dining at least three, including a packaging image.

Can I use AI generated product images on noon?

noon's help center does not address AI generated images. Its rules say images must be photographs rather than CAD drawings or illustrations, and must not show anything the buyer does not receive. A photoreal image generated from a photo of your real product fits those rules as long as it matches the item exactly.

Why was my noon product image rejected?

The usual causes are the wrong background for the category, a lifestyle shot or a cropped product in the primary slot, packaging or tags in the primary image, text, logos or borders anywhere, props that are not included, images out of noon's required order, and broken links on a bulk sheet. noon's help center lists each reason.

Can the product be shown in its packaging on noon?

Not in the primary image, which has to show the product out of its box, bag or case with no brand or swing tags. Packaging can appear in the secondary images, and kitchen and dining listings are asked to include a packaging image.
