What should a thank you card say?

Very little. A short line of thanks and, if you want one, a single code. A card with four lines on it is a leaflet, and it stops reading as a note from a person.

How do I design an insert card for my parcels?

Say what it should read, pick the stock and the palette, and attach your product or packaging so the card is designed against it. It comes back print ready and shown in the parcel it will sit in.

Do discount codes on insert cards work?

They convert better than the same code in an email, because the card is already in the buyer’s hand at the moment they are most positive about the order. Keep it to one offer and one code.

How much does a card design cost?

One credit is one image and Starter is $12 for 100 credits, so about twelve cents a concept. The free plan includes 10 image credits a month, which is enough to compare several directions.

Is the output print ready?

Yes. Full resolution with a full commercial licence, ready to send to a printer or to run on a home press. Confirm bleed and trim with your printer as you would with any artwork.

Can I match it to my packaging?

Yes. Attach a photo of the packaging or the product and the card is designed against that palette and material, so the insert looks like it came from the same brand rather than from a stock pack.
