What is the difference between the plans?

The difference is how many credits you get each month. Free gives you 10 credits every month to try the platform, images and copy only. Starter is $12 per month for 100 credits. Pro is $29 per month for 400 credits. Business is $59 per month for 1,000 credits, and adds 200 credit rollover and the store connection. Every tool is available on every plan except video, which needs a paid plan.

What is a credit and how do credits work?

One credit equals one generated image, whether that is a product photo, a ghost mannequin image, a virtual model shot, a product angle, or a social creative. Your listing title and description together cost 1 credit. Video is billed per second instead. There are no hidden multipliers and every tool costs the same on every plan, so 100 credits is 100 images on Starter.

How much do video ads cost?

Video is billed per second: 3 credits per second, with no quality to choose. Lengths are 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 seconds, so an 8 second film is 24 credits and a 12 second one is 36. Creator-style UGC videos run from 5 to 20 seconds at the same rate. Video is available on all paid plans, and every video is vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, and Amazon.

Which tools are included in each plan?

Every image tool is on every plan, including the free one: AI product photography, ghost mannequin, virtual model, product angles, social creatives, listing copy, and the full Shotova Canvas workspace. Video ads are the one exception and need a paid plan. Higher plans give you more credits, not more tools.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan gives you 10 credits every month, not once, with no credit card required. That covers a full listing kit: AI product photos, ghost mannequin images, a model shot, product angles, a social creative, and your title and description. Video ads need a paid plan.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. The Business plan carries up to 200 unused credits into the next month; the other plans start fresh. If your usage varies a lot month to month, that rollover is the one to look at.

What happens if I run out of credits, and can I change plans?

You can upgrade at any time and the new credits land immediately, so you are not waiting for the next billing cycle. You can also downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard with no lock-in and no cancellation fees, and a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next cycle. Everything you have already generated stays yours.

Which plans connect to my store?

The store connection is on the Business plan. It links your store so you can pull products in and push finished images back out instead of downloading and re-uploading them by hand. Every other tool works the same on all four plans.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Every image, video, and piece of copy you generate is yours to use commercially on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, social media, and ads. Full commercial rights are included on all plans, including the free one.

What is the money-back guarantee?

All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Shotova in the first 7 days, email support and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Paying yearly saves you 20 percent against twelve monthly payments and adds one month of credits free as a one-time bonus when the subscription activates: 100 on Starter, 400 on Pro, 1,000 on Business. The billing toggle at the top of this page switches between monthly and yearly.
