How long does a reply take?

Same working day for most messages, and always within two. Data access and deletion requests are answered within 30 days, which is the statutory window, though in practice they are much faster.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@shotova.com within 7 days of purchase. Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee where you have not spent credits on that plan. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once purchased.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@shotova.com and ask. Deletion removes your account and your generated images from our storage, and we confirm when it is done.
